You appear to be requesting guidance about downgrading the macOS installed on your computer.
Before you go forward with this process, ensure that you have a current Time Machine or other backup of your computer system and user files. Refresh your TM backup now.
This will be fairly easy IF you have a Time Machine backup of your Mac as it was configured prior to upgrading to the currently installed and incompatible macOS. Downgrading will be more difficult if you do not have this backup.
