Problem booting MacBook Pro 16” M1 Pro

Hi guys, I have a problem with my MacBook Pro 16" m1 pro. This is the first time this happened to me, last night I was watching a movie attached to the TV with hdmi, the MacBook has Mac OS Monterey downgraded from Sonoma. Everything was fine, I have already done other downgrades, I wanted to put the original OS on it because I felt better about the battery too. In short this morning I go to turn it back on but it just gave me the apple icon and disappeared very quickly, after that, nothing, black screen, keys not working (I can think of having kept the hdmi cable to the Mac all night with TV off but I don't know) The charge works, the battery is charged, I tried all the key combinations, ram reset, recovery boot (not working) but nothing, it's like the screen goes off right after the apple logo...I tried reattaching it to hdmi but nothing, the TV sees the signal but black screen and shortly after that it turns off. I thank anyone who can help me!

Two things of note in your post. Apple Silicon Macs (M1 & M2 models) do not have any SMC or PRAM Resets like the older Intel Macs.

Second, the only special startup option is performed by holding the power button down for about ten seconds in order to have the Apple Silicon Mac boot to its special startup modes such as selecting a bootable volume, or to select "Options" where you can access "Safe Mode" or "Recovery Mode", etc.

FYI, it is not easy to troubleshoot the Apple Silicon Mac (or any 2018+ USB-C Mac for that matter) since most of the old troubleshooting steps/options no longer apply which makes it harder to gather important details about the system. Good luck.
