Deleted album stuck in web player

I recently decided to start from scratch with my Apple Music library and delete all of my content. Now in the Apple Music app on my iPhone and on iTunes on my PC, my library is entitely empty. However, I noticed in my Sonos Apple Music library, there is one blank album (an album that was previously uploaded to my Apple Music library as an imported CD via iTunes i.e. rather than an Apple Music track) - no artist, no tracks, no artwork - just a blank album and its title. When I access Apple Music via the web player, the album is also there. I can delete it here, however after a refresh, the album returns. I've had this in the past and often after a few minutes, sometimes a few hours, the album will disappear. However, it's now been a few days and it is still there. A workaround used to be, I could upload an album with the same name which would take its place, then delete it. However, when I try that now, it creates a separate album with the same name. Just to reiterate, the album is not showing in Apple Music on my phone or in iTunes - just on the web player and Sonos which presumably draws it's listings from the same server. It's as though the remnants of this album are stuck on some iCloud server somewhere! I recall having this a few years ago and I think it eventually dropped off but if there is a quick fix, do please let me know!

Greetings Moz,

Thank you for using Apple Support Communities, it's great to have you here.

It sounds like you've done some great troubleshooting steps so far. Have you tried signing out of Apple Music on your Sonos? This article has the steps to remove Apple Music: Remove a music service account from Sonos. After you do that, go ahead and sign back in to Apple Music and test to see if the issue is resolved: Apple Music on Sonos.

We hope that this information gets everything working again.

Many thanks!

Yes, I have but it's not really a problem related to Sonos - Sonos is merely highlighting the fact that there appears to be essentially a ghost album stuck in the ether so to speak. The trackless album is not visible in Apple Music on my iPhone, nor in iTunes but is visible in the Apple Music web player and in Sonos.

I can delete it in the web player but it just comes back after refreshing the screen.
