Can’t start MacBook Air 2015

Can’t start MacBook Air. Fully charged green light on no sound from holding power on for 10 seconds. Totally unresponsive. Ma book 2015

my macbook is not starting My macbook air 13 is not starting up once I press the power button . I did try a hard start but that too failed.Apparently 10 minutes post I connected it to the power supply it started . However the battery charging status was 100% so battery issue could be ruled out . If any one can pl help.
