Hi there
I've been experiencing a problem with my iPhone 13 Pro
Some of the songs (and some full albums) won't play when I select them on my iPhone
Instead they disappear from my iPhone
Usually they reappear and become playable again after resyncing with my Library on my MacBook
But otherwise it's pretty inconvenient

To clarify, are you taking any steps or making changes to your settings prior to your music disappearing? For example, have you enabled Sync Library or are you only syncing manually from your computer?

Otherwise, make sure both your iPhone, computer, and iTunes are all up-to-date since software updates can often time resolve many one-off issues.
