Hi everyone,
Is it possible to setup 02 apple watches (for my kids, model SE 2022 GPS + Cellular, with 02 separated iCloud IDs and phone numbers) on my iPhone as family members with cellular enable? I successfully added the watches but cannot enable the cellular on each watch. If I use dedicated iPhone for each watch to pair as "for myself", the cellular can be enabled on the watch normally.

Thank you for your response. I did buy cellular plan for each phone number. I can add the watches to the plan and enable the cellular successfully if I pair the watch with iPhone independently (not the Family Setup).
I check the list you mentioned. My resident is in Vietnam, and I did not see the any carrier supports the Family Setup. Maybe that causes the failure.
