Unknown part….

After the last iOS update I got the “unknown part” on my 14 pro, I’ve had the phone since new and never had it repaired. What is this nonsense?

Hello deville84,

An "Unknown Part" message can mean one of these three different things listed below. From iPhone parts and service history - Apple Support:

An Unknown Part message appears if the part installation is incomplete or if the part:
* Was replaced with a nongenuine part
* Was already used or installed in another iPhone
* Isn't functioning as expected

Since we cannot confirm which one your iPhone is trying to communicate, we recommend contacting Apple Support to look into this further with you: Get Support

All the best.
