The App Store Preview pages for the iPhone versions of Microsoft Word, Excel, and PowerPoint say that these apps require iOS 16.0 or later. You are free to contact Microsoft and ask them to release versions of their apps that will run on iOS 15.8, but I rather doubt that they are going to do so.

If you own an iPhone 7, you can't have it, no matter how much you may need it. Buy a newer iPhone.

Correct. You can't update an iPhone 7 Plus to iOS 16. That has been made clear repeatedly on this page, and on the previous 12 pages of this thread.

Does anyone take the time to read past the first post? There are 19 pages in this thread and on every single page is NO, iPhone 7 cannot be updated to iOS 16. Please read a thread before you post to it. You wasted your time. The answer is NO. It will always be NO.

You can’t update your iPhone 7 Plus to iOS 16. Repeating the question will not change the answer.

That's immaterial. The fact is they cannot be downloaded to an iPhone 7 at all.

If your iPhone is a 7 and you want iOS 16, the answer is NO and that will never change.

Then buy a new iPhone. If you have an iPhone 7, you CANNOT have iOS 16. Period.

Hello~ No…it is not possible to update your iPhone 7 Plus any higher than iOS15+…you need a newer device. It would be of help if you could read through the other 7 pages of this thread.

No. You need to have an iPhone 8 to run iOS 16.
