Hi , I have iPhone 15plus with ios 17 installed. I have also work profile installed where I access work related apps.
i am not able to take screenshots. The error show “your administrator doesn’t allow taking screenshots “ This is for personal apps or screens installed.

If you have business managed software on your device, it may be preventing that action. The software would either need to be removed or you would need to speak with your IT team to determine how to use that device for both your business and personal needs.

See if you have a profile in Settings > General > VPN & Device Management. If so, try to delete it. If you can’t please contact the IT service of your workplace.
