When I click on "Show All Health Data" in the Health app on my iPhone, I get the message "No Data." If I go to Settings -> Privacy & Security -> Health and then select the Health app from the list of apps, I just get a spinning wheel. Also, if I go to Settings -> Privacy & Settings -> Motion & Fitness, Health is toggled on.

Thanks for post! As we understand it, you're not seeing health data in the Health app, and you're not able to access Health through your Privacy & Security settings.
To clarify a few points, are you expecting to see health data from your iPhone only, or do you use an Apple Watch or any other fitness trackers?
Also, which iPhone model and iOS version are you using? We see you mentioned an iPhone 6s in your profile. If you have any updates available under Settings > General > Software Updates, we recommend backing up and updating as that could help: Update your iPhone or iPad - Apple Support

I do use an Apple Watch, and used to see my health data from that device on my iPhone - for some reason I no longer see any health data. I have an iPhone 14 Pro and I am running iOS 16.6.1.
