There's an unwanted contact stuck at the top of iMessage on my MacBook Air, running 15.5.2. NOT ON MY IPHONE, for some reason, just my Mac. Holding down on their contact does NOT bring up any options menu. IDEAS?

Holding down on the contact avatar doesn't do anything, so it not bringing up any options is not indicative of anything.
Have you tried ctrl-clicking on the icon? Unpin should be at the top of the contextual menu.
