Oversharpened/ exposed front camera pictures on instagram, post capture

I received my brand new iPhone 13 yesterday and whenever I capture a front camera selfie on Instagram, it over exposes and sharpens it after the capture automatically. At the time of capturing the picture looks really nice but right after the capture, it’s disgustingly over exposed. Very disappointed. Can’t find a way to change a setting to make it stay the same as the time of capture. Any leads at all? Hoping for one

Take care.
