My Apple Watch Series 7 is way out of sync since the update to 10.0.1. Watch faces not working like they should. iCloud calendar not pushing data to my watch. I purchased this watch to keep up with my diabetes readings doesn’t do me any good if it doesn’t work

I have already tried everything iPhone is up to date. Shut down both Apple Watch and iPhone. Unpaired Apple Watch from iPhone repaired it back to iPhone still didn’t work. Compilation are not working on the watch faces on the Apple Watch. These problems started when I downloaded 10.0.1 others words it was working perfect on the old software
