Not receiving texts and when they call me it goes straight to my voicemail. But I can call them and I can text them and they receive them. I tried deleting their contacts and re-adding them back and it has not worked. Could someone please help

Might you have blocked this person? Check Settings > Phone > Blocked Contacts.
Sounds like you have blocked them. Check you blocked list.
