screen of my new iphone 15 pro only shows hello(in differents language)

I am trying to set up my new iphone 15 transfering data from my old iphone 13. On first attempt appeared small window to place language and choose english,then tried to transfer data from my iphone 13.Accidentally swiped sos botton and 111 reply me,I explained it was a mistake only. After that,on screen of new iphone 15 only appears “hello” in differents idioms.
