Cancelled subscription and I'm still being charged

I purchased an app to try it. Decided I didn't want to continue the subscription so I cancelled it Oct 3. Today Oct 8, I get a notification that I was charged on Oct 6 for the subscription to continue. I checked my subscriptions and that app is listed as inactive. What do I do?
