iPhone Express Replacement Service doesn't deliver

I requested an iPhone Express Replacement a week ago with a balance freeze on the account of €1350, they said that the replacement device would be sent in 1-2 days. I've contacted them twice and they keep telling me "it's coming tomorrow" but it's not coming. What should I do?

Express Replacement Service Hello all, just a quick question about the express replacement service being offered by Apple. Apple keeps closing my express replacement I have Iphone 15 pro max. This is from the first batch of production and has heating issues. The device gets very hot while charging, on call and It randomly gets hot as well as. I Have apple care plus on this device. called and set up express replacement a couple of time but got cancelled and they asked me for proof of purchase which I provided. They sill denied and said go to store for repair. Did that and get the motherboard and battery replaced. The device runs on latest IOS and has done soft reset, hard reset and everything that can be done but the heating issue has not solved, now the hone keeps losing the network randomly. Called apple care and they keep cancelling the repair AGAIN! Not sure what to do?
