Create New Mailbox

Keeps getting “unable to create mailbox”

Hey there E-Kwontent,


To help isolate this a bit further, try creating the mailbox when signed into the email account via web browser or computer. This will help to check if there's an issue going on with the servers connecting on your iPhone or the account itself.


If it persists, restart your iPhone and make sure you have the latest software installed as well. Should it be software related, updating will help:
