Can iMatch be shared with Family members
I'm trying to find if I can share my iMatch subscription with my wife.

That's a great question! Unfortunately, the answer is no. iTunes Match is an individual subscription that cannot be shared. Subscribe to iTunes Match - Apple Support
However, as long as your wife is in the same area as your computer, you can set up Home Sharing which will share your Music Library with her. Here's how to set that up: Use Home Sharing to share media from a computer to other devices - Apple Support
Once you have that set up, on her device, go to Settings > Music, scroll to the bottom of the screen to Home Sharing and sign in with your Apple ID.
