Sonoma won't allow me to access bill pay on bank web app.

I set up the new feature of 'web app' into the toolbar. When I try to use bill pay, I get denied access and it tells me to adjust cookie tracking and cross site tracking and block 3rd party cookies. It works in safari just not on web app. What settings do I need to change to allow the Web app to function? On safari, those settings are adjusted correctly but it appears those settings are not carried over to the 'web app' function. Any suggestions?

I am having the same issue when trying to save my MFA settings to get into my university's online platform (Canvas). You can uncheck "Prevent cross-site tracking" in Safari and everything works fine. But creating a web app for the same site still blocks them making it unusable and there is no way to change this setting for web apps. Everything works fine when I download the site's extension available for Chrome and Edge.

I understand that one can change those settings in Safari, which already have been done, and re-checked to be sure those changes are in place. I can access the website through Safari. The problem is the web-app function, which is supposed to allow the website to be accessed from the task bar and it works independently of Safari. (as described in Sonoma videos and literature)

So, I don't know how to make these adjustments to the web-app. Perhaps this banking web-app will not be able to function? Is there a way to change these settings for the web-app? Or a setting that I am missing that triggers this automatic response with suggestions of cookie/tracking issues?

From the screenshot, it looks like they want you to enable cookies and turn off cross-site tracking. You can find information on both here:
