I really want to get one app that is available in the us but not in Poland if I will log out and create for just this one install a new Apple ID and then come back to my original Apple ID will I lose stuff like my Apple Music playlist , purchases , subscription etc?

If you change your country to access another app that's not available in your country, once you switch back, that app won't be available on your device. Also, you can't use two different Apple ID accounts at the same time on your iPhone. If you sign out of your Apple ID, you won't have access to your purchases, subscriptions, or playlists. Also, you would have to cancel all your subscriptions to change your country and then wait for them to end. I want to use 2 apple ids for App Store in order to get apps from usa if i will switch sometimes will I lose all of my purchases and most importantly my Apple Music playlist
