Trojan virus from email phone

Hey

I need urgent advice within few days I got 2 notes attachment which I clicked on stupid me anyways then on saturday I recieved this email that this guy is have tracked me 2 months ago and that I most web browser history is adult sites etc and I need to pay 650dollar if not within 72hours he will publish my data

What I did when I clicked on notes and opened this email after 2hours/ I blocked all unknows email and I changed my email password plus I had an authenticator sms text message then I erased all setting and format my phone

My question what I did is safe or my data can stil be stolen ?

How can I block all unknow emails from outlook?

will they rlly send my photos video camera etc to my freinds?

How can I stop this as im very worried about this and will I be able to use my email ??

Also what about apps I have such as bank etc?

Also how can I report his email so we all can get read of them his email is *******
