upgrading to iOS 17

I want to upgrade my phone to iOS 17 and I use 58GB on 64. It says that I need at least 3.24GB to install the update and I do have at least 3.24GB but yet it still says that I don’t have enough storage to upgrade my phone, why? This is upsetting because I deleted almost all my apps and it won’t let me update.

You clearly have an iPhone which doesn't meet your storage needs. The next time you buy an iPhone, you need one with much more storage.

You can remove more things from your iPhone (you honestly need much more than 3.24 GB (you need more like 6GB free space at least) OR you might want to update your iPhone using your computer with iTunes (Windows) or Finder (Mac). You can see how to do that in this link --> Update your iPhone, iPad, or iPod touch with iTunes - Apple Support
