My id seems "This Apple ID is Not Active"

Hello all , i just created an apple id (s******@icloud.com) directly at my cell number 10-12 months ago, i had sign in at my Macbook and Iphone X. and on that time its working but after 3-4 hours that's deactivate and seems (This Apple ID is Not Active).

so at my macbook and iphone both devices has that account and again an again required password.

please give me the solution

i tried with pass reset but that ID seems Not Active but that's at my both devices
