"My iphone can't connect to internet: My phone disconnected from my Wi-Fi so I tried to connect but it said "failed to connect to Wi-Fi". I then tried to use cellular data as a substitute and it showed having 4 bars but it wouldn't work either. After failing multiple times, I tried to reset network settings but the settings app would freeze but I could still leave the settings app and nothing would change. I don't know what to do now and I have a lot of stuff that isn't backed up. Does anyone have a solution?"
