my phone calls voicemail text messages are not going through to only particular family member consistently many times for months suddenly. I could not even contact during emergency and urgent Val’s I make to this family member

Family sharing: Cannot call my child's phone I just bought a new Iphone 13 for my 9-year-old child. He has his own Apple ID and I have added him to my family group on iCloud via Family Sharing. The problem is that myself and my wife (who's also part of Family Sharing group) cannot call him. We can text and Facetime him, but not regular calls. It just hangs when we try to call, so we do not get forwarded to the answering machine or anything. My 14-year-old daughter (who's also part of Family Sharing group) can call him. So it's very, very weird and I would really like to get this problem solved. I have updated his phone, reset the network settings, checked the do-not-disturb settings, checked the blocked contacts etc. No luck. Please help :-)

Not Receiving Texts from Family Member (and vice versa) My teen and I both have iPhones, and use the same provider. Periodically over the past year or so, one or both of us have not been receiving the other's texts. Sometimes, if we reboot our phones, the problem resolves only to crop back up for no apparent reason. It's frustrating but also pretty important that we're able to communicate with each other. Any troubleshooting ideas out there?
