IPad Air can’t read any flash drive after removing while copying

I plugged usb-3 flash through adapter on iPad air 5th generation and start copying. The flash removed while copying and after that my iPad can’t read any flash drive. However, charging rather and connecting other accessories like mouse still working.

I tried some troubleshooting options:

  1. restart the device
  2. reset device settings.

the problem hasn’t been solved. Are there other solutions I can try?

If the USB drive was disconnected while writing to the device, it is almost certain that the filesystem has been corrupted. The USB drive will need to be re-formatted using a Windows PC or Mac computer.

iPad does not provide any facilities to format an external storage device. To be recognised by iPadOS, the attached USB storage device must be formatted to FAT, FAT32, exFAT, APFS or HFS+ with a single partition. Microsoft NTFS and other proprietary device formatting are not supported.
