My Apple Watch says “your activity ring needs more love”. How can I stop it?

My Apple watch just said something like “your activity ring needs more love, Paul.” I don’t like it addressing me in this way. How can I stop it? (Changing my name in settings isn’t the answer, as it has my name right…)
