Can print wirelessly to Canon LBP6230dw with MacBook Pro but not iMac

MacOS Monterey 12.6.9, mid 2017 27" iMac, mid 2017 MacBook Pro. No issues with wireless printing until yesterday -- now not responding to iMac. Power cycled printer, pressed reset button. No help. Restarted iMac. Reset printing system in system preferences. Deleted then re-added printer, updated driver from Canon following their process to a T. No help. Can print from iMac while connected by USB cable, but not wirelessly.

Meanwhile, can print wirelessly from same aged MacBook Pro running same macos.

Printer driver version on MacBook is 1.5.4. On iMac is now 1.5.12.

Ideas? Is there a way to delete 1.5.12 and revert to 1.5.4 on iMac?

Hey W H Gallmann,

You've completed some great steps in trying to resolve this issue with wirelessly printing from your iMac. What happens when trying to print wirelessly? Is the printer not found, does an alert appear, or something else? To go back to the 1.5.4 driver, you'll want to reach out to the manufacturer to see if that's an option. With the steps you've tried so far, it is recommended to reach out to them to look into this too: Canon Support
