I solved the problem on my computer by doing :


  1. Choose Safari > Settings (or Preferences), then click Privacy.
  2. Click Manage Website Data.
  3. Select the affected website from the list shown.
  4. Click Remove.
  5. Click Done.
  6. Open the website again in a non-private browser window.


The Netflix site is working fine after that.

Definitely. Something isn't right about the way Netflix is determining your Mac's location or its ability to load their content. Contact Netflix, but before you do that just confirm you aren't using any non-Apple "anti-virus", "cleaning", or "Internet security" products including "banking security", anything at all in that broad category of utterly useless garbage. A lot of things won't work if you do.
