Definitely. Something isn't right about the way Netflix is determining your Mac's location or its ability to load their content. Contact Netflix, but before you do that just confirm you aren't using any non-Apple "anti-virus", "cleaning", or "Internet security" products including "banking security", anything at all in that broad category of utterly useless garbage. A lot of things won't work if you do.

Netflix website says they're having problems (but only if you can get it to load AND get in to your account to the contact them form).

AFAIK I have no such "malware" on my computer.

Strangely it WILL load when I have a VPN turned on, but in that case it restricts what I can watch.

This seems to be on Netflix's side of things?
