Resting energy has dropped
My resting energy has dropped this week by about a 1/3 from around 1,500 kcal (consistent over the last couple of years) to around 1,000. It now means that my 'move' total is wildly different from previous numbers.
I've checked that my height/weight/sex/gender are all still correct. I've also turned my watch off and on but that hasn't helped. Has anyone had the same thing? Or is there a solution?
