Is there a method to get significant location records? I have over two hundred records on my phone but cannot access them to see what they are

With Significant Locations enabled, it will only provide a few of the recent locations under the Recent Records. You can check if this is enabled in the following location:
You can tap on Clear History to remove the summary. However, there is no option provided to see all of the records. You can see the Location Services & Privacy Legal page for more information: Legal - Location Services & Privacy
