Trouble verifying telephone number in WhatsApp on my new iPhone 15
There was a glitch in transferring the account from one IPhone to another. I can no longer connect either of them. On the old one it indicates the transfer of the account and on the new one it asks to check the code to verify the number on the old one which is disconnected. The SMS with code doesn’t arrive. When I can have a code from the telephone call the app says the system isn’t available.
What I have done:
- Delete and reinstall the application
- Reset phone network connection
- Restart the phone
- operating system update (IOS)
- Swap SIM card
- Restart the iPhone
- reset the modem and wifi network
- Erase the phone and upload an older update
SO:
- SMS work but whatsApp messages do not arrive
- the wifi network works
- the data works
- the phone's operating system is up to date
- the SIM card is active with the correct telephone number. This is not a prepaid account
- the number entered is the full international number
- the code sent by WhatsApp system (by telephone call) does not work. It says: system not available. And the wait for a new code is each time longer. Now I have to wait 24h to ask for a new call
