How can I remove the "Welcome to Apple Music" popup on my Mac Studio Ventura?

I am on a Mac Studio Ventura 13.5.2 and if I go to System Settings and then go to my Apple ID account and click on Manage Account, I get a "Welcome to Apple Music" popup and there are no options to close it. The only link is to "start listening" which I do not want to do. Meanwhile, I cannot view my account. How do I get rid of this annoying popup?

Hello, dhelton,
I see others have answered how to suppress a popup from happening.
On a Mac, the literal answer to "How to get rid of the Apple Music popup" is: Use Option + Cmd + Esc to bring up Mac Task Manager. Then select 'Music', and click on [Force quit].

That’s the Force Quit dialog and you don’t need to Force Quit Music. You just click the Start Listening button. It doesn’t enroll you in Apple Music, it just opens the Music App.

Thank you for the added details that my suggested action is doing more than just closing the pop-up. ( I was describing a solution that works for me. I am guessing from the content in this discussion thread that Mac does not provide a logical way to just close this pop-up, other than clicking on a button that seems to select an opposite preference.)

The popup only appears when you open Music for the first time. Almost all of the Apple apps have a first time use screen. Since you opened Music, Start Listening seems like a completely logical button title. I don’t know why you would t want to start listening if you open a music app.
