My iphone is stolen

My iphone was stolen six days ago and notify on my iwatch that already access by someone. Please refer to attach file..is there a way I can track it?

iPhone 13 Pro, iOS 16

Apple will not send you a message about a stolen or lost iPhone.

Any such message is a scam designed to get you to give away your Apple ID.

The only way you can track your phone is through find my.

What do you mean by ‘already access by someone’? Unless you have a very easily guessed passcode the thief has not gotten into your iPhone. A common thief simply doesn’t have the sophisticated equipment needed to break into an iPhone.

As for tracking it you may be able to IF you had the Find My app properly set up an enabled. If not then you are simply out of luck. Apple will not help you either.
