Why is my ipad pro m 2 getting over heat whenever i take apple notes with apple pencil ?

If your iPad is getting warmer than expected when using certain apps, the 'Your device might get warm' and 'If your device gets too warm' sections here explain why this may occur: If your iPhone or iPad gets too hot or too cold
