Earlier today my phone was ghost touching, so I removed my screen protector which was broken that fixed the problem. Now it’s comes back ever once in a while. And now I can’t get out of apps my swiping up from bottom of my screen and I have to restart my iPhone which is annoying

2. Next time your iPhone is not responding, try a forced restart, if you haven't already. Here's how: If your iPhone won't turn on or is frozen - Apple Support
3. Check the health of the battery. If it's near 80%, the performance of your iPhone can be affected: iPhone Battery and Performance - Apple Support
If below 80%, then the battery needs replacing: iPhone Battery Repair & Replacement - Apple Support
4. Have your iPhone examined by a technician: iPhone Repair & Service - Apple Support
