Pillow app shows incorrect alert

I have been on a multiple session support with the app developers of Pillow and they wont accept it is an incorrect message. Now, apple says it is best to keep the devices charged at 80% and pillow thinks an Apple Watch Ultra2 at 09.31PM can't pull through the night with 85% battery, and they wont accept their problem of incorrect alert.

Maybe, I am wrong and they are righrt, or I should least bother about all these alerts! Incidentally 90% seems good for them. I am thinking of even stopping the subscription if the Apple app was little enhanced for sleep tracking.

The Ultra 2 Battery is rated for 36 hours on a full charge. This app sounds dodgy. I wouldn't rely on anything it's telling you.

Exactly, I have been trying to convince the support but, they just wont accept, they are rolling in the mud and trying to talk their way out.

See the response. I told I got message when the battery was 90%b and it did not make recommendation to charge so the claim was incorrect as the support said.

Also, noticed their app heats up IPhone15 Pro Max if you are in support chat mode, so the app is also not optimized for IOS 17 either.
