Bank statement pdf prints solid black

I have a MacBook Air 2023 15-inch, and an Epson ET-2810 printer. I download monthly bank statements from my bank, Starling Bank. Since I got the new Mac, they print as sold black, except for a small Summary window. I have done a Nozzle Check. That's OK. And other pdf documents print fine. The bank don't seem to have any ideas so far. Anyone out there hit similar problems? Any solutions?

Thank you for responding. I tried those suggestions, but to no avail. But when I unchecked the greyscale option, it printed fine. All good!

I had a similar issue, trying to print my PDF bank statements from Adobe Acrobat Pro from my Mac mini, M2 Pro, running 14.2.1. The text printed as random small rectangles (See attached photo), though the page with images of cashed processed checks printed properly. However when I checked the "print in grayscale" box, then the documents printed properly. Very strange, not sure what the issue is but checking the grayscale box worked for me

What app are you printing from?

Have you searched the Epson site for a compatible driver for your new Mac.

One possible remedy is to upgrade to the latest version of macOS your machine can run. You gave few details on your Mac so that possibility is an unknown. But being a 2023 model, it should be able to go all the way to Sonoma.
