I don’t have new ringtones on iOS 17

Hi, I would love to help may I ask whether you are using the beta version of iOS 17 or the regular version? Also, please confirm that this problem is arising on the iPhone 11.

I hate the new IOS 17 update! What makes Apple think they have to "FIX" what isn't broken? Everything is harder to read, harder to understand, my ringtones are gone, PLUS they also updated my Apple watch! I am technologied OUT!!! Apple, please fix this mess!!!!
