Wrong city & state as confirmation
My iCloud keeps coming up on my computer telling me to enter my password. I enter it and then on my phone it says someone In California is trying to log on. I am in South Carolina

Thank you for reaching out in Apple Support Communities. If the device you're using to sign in with your Apple ID or iCloud account is using a VPN, this can be expected. If you're not using a VPN network, we suggest to verify that you have Location Services turned on in your iPhone. You can check by going to Settings > Privacy & Security > Location Services.
