Issue with my AirPods

While I use my second-generation Airpods, the left pod makes a bling sound every few minutes. The pod is fully charged, so I know it is not that the pod needs charging. I have deleted the pods from the Computer and added them back several times. It stops for about an hour, and then it starts again. I made sure the pods were not linked to the phone and the computer. So that was out of the equation. I received them as a gift like three months ago.

Make sure that you have the latest software on your connected iPhone or Mac as updating your iPhone or Mac will install automatically any firmware updates for your AirPods.
Check that your connected device is nearby, and there's no wireless interference or obstructions between you and your device
Listen to audio from a different app to see if the app causes the issue
Reset your AirPods by following the steps here: How to reset your AirPods and AirPods Pro - Apple Support
