Is it possible to cancel your apple music subscriptions without waiting until the end of the subscription period?

You can cancel now if you want.
When you cancel your subscription, the payment will stop and will not charge you for the next renewal. Once you cancel your subscription you will still have access to it until the day before the renewal day. After that you will have no access.
