Could this be what is named ‘Login Items’ in English?
You can delete login items using the [+] [−] buttons below the listed items, when one such item is selected.
Such items can help make features available without launching an app.
Such items might pre-load code that might be used later.

If you have no interest in the indicated software (anymore), then you can delete that safely.

Unfortunately in the list of Login Items there are two blocks. The firs one contains the soft like Dropbox and so on. This soft has been installed by me and I am able to delate it as you described. The second one contains the soft that can't bee marked and delated. It is working on background like Microsoft AutoUpdate, Clean My MAC and stuff like that. It could be only "switched ON" or "switched OFF", but I do not trust these so called "switches". There are some objects from the software that is no longer on my computer.
Unfortunately I can't fined out the "Rogue Amoeba Audio Capture Engine.app" on my computer
