Found a pair of AirPods and can’t contact the owner

At work, I found a pair of AirPods and can’t contact the owner. What do I do?

It sounds like you found some AirPods and want to return them. We can help.


Before we begin, keep in mind that Apple will never share another customer's personal details with you, even to help return the AirPods.


What you can do instead is either turn them in to your company's lost and found, or you can turn them in to your local law enforcement.


Be aware that while you have the AirPods in your possession, they may be tracked and your location shared with their owner. You can learn more about how Find My works in this article: Find your lost AirPods with Find My.
