Open apple car play maps, put in destination and get routing. No sound from either apple iphone pro 15 or auto sound system. Map route is available on screen without sound prompts.
I had the same problem I fixed it by using the google maps app, it will give you audible turn by turn directions. Major drawback is you can't use Siri to use google maps
