Gap issue between frame and panel

Recently i have purchased iPhone 13 and second day I noticed there is gap between frame and panel then i visit service centre they can’t solve my problem so what i do in that situation

If you purchased it from Apple, you have 14 days from date of purchase to return it for a full refund.
