When I go to text message or go to look at a message the message app freezes and I can’t send or respond to any text. It sometimes closes out on me. I have to open and close the app until I can use it.

None of these steps help I've gone to the Apple store their solution is to do a hard reboot which so unnecessary. There is an obvious glitch with the messages app that apple does not want to acknowledge... I will be going again to the apple store this weekend to waste more time there...
