I can not find "send later" feature in my mail. I followed the video introduction, I can not find the arrow beside the 'send' button

That feature was not available on Mac OS 12.6, that is what your profile indicates you are running. If that is incorrect please post what the correct version of Mac OS is installed on your Mac.
