I have some voice recordings on my Apple Watch Series 3 that I need to get on my iPhone 13, but they do not seem to be transferring. Apple Watch is fully updated to 8.8.1 (19U512) and can’t be updated anymore. iPhone is also updated to the latest 17.0.3 . They are connected through iCloud and it says the message on the app on my watch that they should sync. But it still doesn’t sync, what can be done about this?

SOLVED (for me): It seems to have been an iCloud issue. Here's how I fixed it:
• On the iPhone, in System Settings > [Your Name] > iCloud > Show all, locate Voice Memos (syncing), and switch it off, then close System Settings.
• Restart both iPhone and Apple Watch.
• On the iPhone, switch Voice Memos syncing back on.
After 2-3 minutes, in Voice Memos on my iPhone, a new category called Watch Recordings appeared, containing the voice memos from my Apple Watch.
